Simon Hurley Release

Hi there everyone! Today I want to share with you a couple of cards I've made with the newest Simon Hurley's stamp release for Ranger. Simon kindly sent me some products to try and I absolutely love them!

¡Hola a todos! Hoy os quiero enseñar un par de tarjetas que he hecho con la nueva colección de Simon Hurley para Ranger. Simon me ha enviado algunos de sus productos para probarlos y la verdad es que ¡me encantan!

 

To make these cards I used the stamp sets "Spread your Wings" and "Friendship Florals" as well as the background stamp "Plaid Builder". I stamped and colored all the images with Copic Markers and cut them out with my scissors. For the backgrounds, I used a cloud stencil on the first one and white heat embossing on the second. 

Para hacer estas tarjetas he usado los sets de sellos "Spread your Wings" y "Friendship Florals" junto con el sello de fondo "Plaid Builder". He estampado y coloreado las imágenes con rotuladores Copic y las he recortado con mis tijeras. Para hacer los fondos he usado un stencil de nubes para la primera tarjeta y embosado en caliente para la segunda. 

Clearly Besotted STAMPtember Collaboration

Hi everyone! Another card for you using one of my favorite STAMPtember collaborations: Clearly Besotted! 

¡Hola a todos! Os traigo otra tarjeta con una de mis colaboraciones de STAMPtember favoritas: ¡Clearly Besotted! 

The "Sending Sunshine" stamp set is so cute I can hardly take it, but to be honest, that is what Clearly Besotted does every single time! :) I particularly love that you also get a scene image within this set, which I used to create the background. I also masked it to ink the sky and then colored everything with Copic Markers. 

El set de sellos "Sending Sunshine" es supercuqui! Pero para ser honesta, esto es lo que hace Clearly Besotted con cada uno de sus sellos :). Me gusta especialmente que el set incluya un pequeño paisaje, que es lo que usado para crear el fondo. También lo he enmascarado para pintar el fondo con tintas y después lo he coloreado todo con rotuladores Copic. 

Pinkfresh Studio STAMPtember Collaboration

Hi there! Today I have a new card to share with you using the exclusive Simon Says Stamp and Pinkfresh Studio collaboration stamp set: "Just start". 

¡Hola! Hoy tengo una nueva tarjeta para enseñaros usando el set de sellos exclusivo creado por Pinkfresh Studio en colaboración con Simon Says Stamp.

I love everything Pinkfresh Studio makes, and those flowers are no exception. I colored the image with Copic Markers, cut it out with my scissors, and placed it on a piece of cardstock where I had previously used the "Diagonal Stitched Plaid" by Pinkfresh. 

Me encanta todo lo que hace Pinkfresh Studio, y esas flores no son una excepción. He coloreado la imagen con rotuladores Copic, la he recortado con mis tijeras y la he colocado sobre un trozo de cartulina sobre la que previamente había usado el troquel "Diagonal Stitched Plaid" de Pinkfresh. 

Memory Box STAMPtember Collaboration

Hi there everyone! I'm back with another collaboration for Stamptember: Memory Box!

¡Hola a todos! Otra vez por aquí con la colaboración exclusiva para Stamptember de Memory Box. 

This is a big stamp set, and even though it's a Christmas theme, you can do more than that thanks to the variety of sentiments. I think this is such a beautiful set!

Este es un set de sellos grande, y aunque sea de temática navideña, puedes hacer muhas más cosas gracias a la variedad de sentimientos. ¡Me parece un set precioso!

Altenew STAMPtember collaboration

Hi everyone! Have you been keeping an eye on all the amazing STAMPtember collaborations so far? They are all pretty amazing if you ask me! Today I finally got a chance to play with one of them: Altenew!

¡Hola a todos! ¿Habéis estado siguiendo todos los sets de sellos exclusivos para STAMPtember que han ido saliendo hasta ahora? Son todos superchulos, y hoy, por fin he podido jugar con uno de ellos: ¡Altenew!

As you can see, I kept it pretty simple with this card. I made an inked oval in the middle of the card, heat embossed the floral image on vellum cardstock, fussy cut it with my scissors and placed it on top of it. I used a sentiment from the same set and a few embellishments to finish up the card.

Como podéis ver, no me he complicado mucho con esta tarjeta. He creado un óvalo de color en el centro de la tarjeta, he embosado en caliente la imagen floral sobre cartulina vegetal, la he recortado con mis tijeras y la he pegado encima del óvalo. He usado un sentimiento del mismo set y unas lenteluelas para acabar la tarjeta.

Now let's talk about this card. You can see that I've used three pretty amazing new products from the Stamptember collection: "Flourishing Bloom Plate", "Dots on Dots" stencil and "Handwritten Hello". 

I started creating the background using the stencil and three colors of Distress Oxide Ink (Seedless Preserves, Victorian Velvet and Scattered Straw). First I saturated the colors to have a good definition of the dots, then I removed the stencil and blended the same colors in a more gentle manner. 

Ahora hablemos de la tarjeta. Como podeis ver, he usado tres productos chulísimos de la nueva colección: "Flourishing Bloom Plate", "Dots on Dots stencil" y "Handwritten Hello".

He comenzado creando el fondo con el sténcil y tres colores de tintas Distress Oxide ( Seedless Preserves, Victorian Velvet y Scattered Straw). Primero he saturado bien los colores para tener una buena definición de los lunares, después he retirado el sténcil y he vuelto a aplicar los mismos colores de tinta de una forma mucho más suave.

¡Ha llegado el día! STAMPtember® vuelve otra vez y estoy superemocionada de poder enseñaros todo lo que está por venir. ¡Empecemos por la colección de Simon Says Stamp más grande de todo el año!

I used three products from the newest Stamptember collection to make this card. Who can guess which one of them I'm more excited about? Yay! A sentiment die in Spanish! Now I can finally make some cards that my mom will understand ;).

He usado tres productos de la nueva colección de Stamptember para hacer esta tarjeta. ¿Quién adivina qué producto me ha hecho más ilusión? ¡Sí! ¡Un sentimiento en español! Por fin puedo hacer tarjetas que mi madre pueda entender ;).

To give some interest to the background I heat embossed one of the images from the stamp set "Big Bold Shapes". Then I created my flower using the die "Morning Blossom" in a bit of a different way it is "supposed" to be used, which is a great method to stretch your supplies!

Para darle interés al fondo he embosado en caliente una de las imágenes del set de sellos "Big Bold Shapes". Después he creado mi flor usando el troquel "Morning Blossom" de una forma un poco diferente a la manera "oficial", ¡algo genial para sacarle más partido a tus materiales!
