Congratulations

Hi there! I think this is the week of creating with older stamp sets that you always wanted to use but didn't :). This one is called "Lavender Garden" and I love the detailed flowers and al the possibilities you can build up with all the different images.

¡Hola! Creo que esta es la semana de crear algo con sets de sellos antiguos que siempre quisiste usar :). Este en concreto se llama "Lavender Garden" y me encanta lo detalladas que están las flores y todas la variedad de opciones que te dan las distintas imágenes. 

I masked a big heart in the middle of the card and colored it with Distress Oxide Inks: Blueprint Sketch, Peacock Feathers and Cracked Pistachio. Then I heat embossed one of the floral images and a few tiny flowers on vellum. I die cut everything with the coordinating dies and arrange it on the card. 

He enmascarado un corazón grande en el medio de la tarjeta y o he coloreado con tintas Distress Oxide: Blueprint Sketch, Peacock Feathers y Cracked Pistachio. Después he embosado en caliente sobre papel vegetal una de las imágenes florales y unas cuantas florecillas.

Clean and Simple Hello

Hi there! Today I want to share with you a card that is just as simple as it gets. I used a stamp set that I love but it's been sitting in my craft room for months: "Garden Boots".

¡Hola! Hoy os quiero enseñar una tarjeta que no puede ser más sencilla. He usado un set de sellos que me encanta pero lleva esperando en mi estudio durante meses: "Garden Boots".

I simply colored one of the main images, stamped one of the sentiments and die cut both things with the coordinating dies. I also gave some interest to the background adding a few stitched lines. 

Simplemente he coloreado una de las imágenes principales, he estampado uno de los sentimientos y he cortado ambas cosas usando los troqueles coordinados. También le he dado interés al fondo añadiendo unas cuantas líneas de falso cosido. 

Happy Wishes

Hi there everyone! I finally have a new card to share with you. I've played with a different format this time: a slimline card.

¡Hola a todos! Por fin tengo una nueva tarjeta para enseñaros. Esta vez he jugado con un formato diferente: una tarjeta "slimline".

As you can see, this is a very simple card. I basically used two dies and a sentiment stripe. For the background I used the "Filigree Slim Plate" and for the leaves the "Etched Tall Leaf Spray", which I die cut on five different shades of blue. You can find all the supplies by the end of this post. 

Como podéis ver, esta es una tarjeta muy sencilla. Básicamente la he hech con dos troqueles y una tira preimpresa como sentimiento. He utilizado el troquel "Filigree Slim Plate" para el fondo y "Etched Tall Leaf Spray" para las hojas, troqueladas en cinco tonos de azul. Podéis encontrar todos los materiales al final de la entrada.

GOLD AND WHITE WEDDING CARD

I love that Simon started carrying hot foil plates a while back. For this card, I used the "Intricate Floral Background" foil plate and the "Dancing Butterflies" foil and cut die set. The sentiment was die cut on "Mate Gold" cardstock and I also added a few sequins as a final touch. 

Me encanta que Simon haya empezado a fabricar productos para "hot foil". Para esta tarjeta he usado los productos "Intricate Floral Background foil plate" y "Dancing Butterflies foil and cut die set". El sentimiento lo he troquelado sobre cartulina color oro mate y también he añadido unas cuantas lentejuelas como toque final. 

SSS Yay You Release

Hi everyone! The new Yay You release by Simon Says Stamp is now available and I wanted to show you the first card I've made with it. 

¡Hola a todos! La nueva colección "Yay You" de SSS ya está disponible y quería enseñaros la primera tarjeta que he hecho con ella. 

I used the super cute stamp set "Strawbeary" with its coordinating dies and also the "Domed Arches" stencil set.

He usado el set de sello supercuqui "Strawbeary" con sus troqueles coordinados y también el set de sténcils "Domed Arches".
