Big Magnolia

Hi everyone! I have a new card for you made with a beautiful stamp set called "Thankful Magnolia". 

¡Hola a todos! Tengo una nueva tarjeta para vosotros hecha con un set de sellos precioso: "Thankful Magnolia".

As you can see, the floral image is huge! I colored it with Copic Markers and cut it out using the coordinating die. I also added a bit of interest on the background using the "Marquee" frames by Simon Says Stamp. The sentiment is from the same stamp set. 

Como podéis ver, ¡la imagen es enorme! La he coloreado con rotuladores Copic y recortado con el troquel coordinado. He añadido algo de interés al fondo con los troqueles "Marquee" de Simon Says Stamp. El sentimiento también es del mismo set de sellos. 

Happy Birthday

Hi there! I have a new card to share with you today. I have used a really cool stencil called "Layered Flowers" and Distress Oxide inks cause, as you know, they show on darker cardstock.

¡Hola! Hoy tengo una nueva tarjeta para enseñaros. He usado un esténcil chulísimo que se llama "Layered Flowers" y tintas Distress Oxide porque, como ya sabéis, se pueden ver cuando las aplicas sobre cartulina de color. 

After coloring all the florals and leaves (you'll find all the Distress oxide colors listed with the supplies by the end of this post) I decided to add white dots with a gel pen to make it look brighter. I also die cut the sentiment three times and stack it together to get a bit of dimension. 

Después de colorear todas las flores y hojas (encontraréis todos los colores de Distress Oxide en la lista de materiales que está al final de esta entrada), he decidido añadir puntitos blancos con un bolígrafo de gel para darle luminosidad. También he troquelado el sentimiento tres veces para conseguir relieve.

ROSE CORNER FLORAL CARD

To make my card I used the "Celebrate Rose Corner" stamp set and "Yay you" sentiment strips. First I created a colorful background with three of my favorite SSS Pawsitively Saturated ink colors: Lemonade, Melon, and Bubblegum. Then I stamped the large image on vellum and white heat embossed. To cut it out I used the coordinating die. 

Para hacer mi tarjeta he usado el set de sellos "Celebrate Rose Corner" y las tiras de sentimientos "Yay you". Primero he creado un fondo colorido con tres de mis colores favoritos de la marca SSS: Lemonade, Melon y Bubblegum. Después he estampado la imagen en papel vegetal y la he embosado en caliente con polvo blanco. 

I cut out the sentiments using the "Sentiment labels" die set. And have you seen the newest T-Rule tool? Absolutely perfect and a great tool to get your sentiments straight. 

He troquelado los sentimientos usando el set "Sentiment labels". Y ¿habéis visto la nueva regla en forma de T? Es perfecta y una herramienta genial para conseguir que tus sentimientos queden rectos. 

SSS Happy and Joyful Release

Hi everyone! The newest Simon Says Stamp is live and I wanted to show you a really cute card I made with it.

¡Hola a todos! La nueva colección de Simon Says Stamp ya está disponible y quería enseñaros una tarjeta muy cuqui que he hecho con ella.

To make this card I used the "Dimensional Stars" stencil, "Baby words" die and "Little One" sentiment strips. 

Para hacer esta tarjeta he usado el esténcil "Dimensional Stars", el troquel "Baby words" y el set de sentimientos impresos "Little One".

Yellow Daffodil Flowers

Hi everyone! I know, I've been missing again for a while. Lately, my creative process works on sets of two weeks,  followed by another two weeks where nothing comes up. Hope it gets more consistent soon. 

Anyway, here you have a card I made this week. As you can see it's a very simple one, but I love the pop of color over the white background. 

¡Hola a todos! Lo sé, he estado desaparecida otra vez. Ultimamente, mi inspiración funciona en bloques de dos semanas, seguidas de otras dos semanas donde no soy capaz de hacer nada creativo. Espero estabilizarme pronto.

Mientras tanto, aquí tenéis una tarjeta que he hecho esta semana. Como podéis ver, es muy sencilla, pero me encanta el toque de color sobre un fondo blanco.

I simply stamped one image from the stamp set "Spring Stems", colored it with Copic markers and cut it out with my scissors. I also used one of the sentiments from the same stamp set. 

Simplemente he estampado una de las imágenes del set de sellos "Spring Stems", la he coloreado con rotuladores Copic y la he recortado con mis tijeras. También he usado uno de los sentimientos del mismo set de sellos.
