Hello all! It's finally Friday and I'm here with a couple of cards I want to share with you. This time I went with a earthy look using only two neutral colors: White and Craft. I tend to think this is "no color", but I guess you could tell me they are just like the others. What do you think? Do you treat neutral colors as regular colors? ¡Hola a todos! Por fin es viernes y estoy por aquí con un par de tarjetas que quiero enseñaros. Esta vez he usado tonos neutros, en concreto blanco y craft. Para mi estos tonos no cuentan como colores, pero supongo que podríais decirme que son iguales que los demás. ¿Qué pensáis? ¿Tratáis los colores neutros igual que los otros? Hi there everyone! Today I want to show you a card made with one of Suzy Plantmatura's watercolor prints. She designs a new pack for every Simon Says Stamp release and when I saw this one I knew I had to make it into a card. ¡Hola a todos! Hoy quiero enseñaros una tarjeta hecha con una de las láminas para acuarela de Suzy Plantmatura. Suzy diseña un pack de láminas para cada lanzamiento de Simon Says Stamp y cuando vi ésta, supe que tenía que hacer una tarjeta con ella.
Hello everyone! As I told you in previous posts, I'm going crazy playing with the "Believe in You" release by Simon Says Stamp. So here is another card using some of newest stamps. And do you see that sentiment? It belongs to my favorite sentiment stamp set of all times! ¡Hola a todos! Como ya os comenté en publicaciones anteriores, me estoy volviendo loca jugando con la colección "Believe in You" de Simon Says Stamp. Así que aquí os enseño otra tarjeta hecha con los nuevos sellos. Ah y ¿veis ese sentimiento? ¡Pertenece a mi nuevo set de sellos de sentimientos favorit de entre todos los que hay en el mercado!
To make the wavy part of the card I used the background stamp set "Scallop Waves" with Distress Oxides inks previously masking the piece of cardstock to achieve a straight cut. I also stamped the dolphin from the stamp set "Never Quit Swimming" and colored it with Copic Markers. Then I cut it out using my scissors and proceeded to create the sentiment. Para hacer las olas de la tarjeta he utilizado el sello de fondo "Scallop Waves" con tintas Distress Oxide enmascarado previamente la cartulina para conseguir una corte recto. También he estampado el delfín del set de sellos "Never Quit Swimming" y lo he coloreado con rotuladores Copic. Después lo he recortado con las tijeras y he pasado a hacer el sentimiento.
Hi there! I'm a bit late to the party when it comes to playing with the latest Simon Says Stamp release "Believe in You". But now that I have started I CANNOT STOP! This card uses the stamp set "School Days" and it's perfect for making teacher's cards. ¡Hola! Llego un poco tarde a jugar con la última colección de Simon Says Stamp "Believe in You". I created two projects for today's hop using the same color palette: gold, red and white. I think that's my favorite combination when making holiday cards. A great thing about the products I used is how easy it is to create a card with them. For my first card I used the "Joy Etched Dies" only. I die cut it on white and glitter gold cardstock, then arranged it on a red panel and finally added a few jewels. Una cosa genial de los productos que he usado, es lo fácil que es crear una tarjeta con ellos. Para mi primera tarjeta, he usado el troquel "Joy Etched Dies" exclusívamente. Hi there everyone! I'm back with a card that is very special because I gave it to my kid for his 4th birthday. I make him a card every year and then store it in a box where he can find them once he's actually able to read them ;). ¡Hola a todos! ONE STAMP, TWO WAYS For my projects today I chose the stamp set "Flora Background" and used it in two different ways. Para hacer mis tarjetas de hoy he elegido el sello "Flora Background" y lo he usado de dos formas diferentes.
To make my first card I heat embossed the background stamp, added color with Nuvo Hybrid inks and created a shaker element in the center. Para hacer mi primera tarjeta, he embosado el sello en caliente, he añadido color con tintas Nuvo Hybrid y he creado un elemento "shaker" en el medio.
