Sympathy card

Hello! I've been a bit disconnected lately and haven't created any new videos, but I did manage to make a few projects that I will be sharing here before the end of the year.
The first one is this sympathy card I created using products from the "You are loved" collection by Simon Says Stamp.

¡Hola! He estado un poco desconectada últimamente y no he podido hacer ningún vídeo nuevo, pero sí que he creado unos cuantos proyectos que compartiré por aquí antes de que acabe el año.
El primero es esta tarjeta de pésame que he hecho con productos de la colección de Simon Says Stamp "You are loved".

I added color to the background with Distress Oxide Inks and then used the Reverse Hearts stencil together with Moonstone Nuvo Glitter Paste on top of it. I also die cut the beautiful Outline Clustered Leaves on Gold Glitter Cardstock.

I used a sentiment from the stamp set Moments of Grace, heat embossed it and put in on top of the glitter leaves. As  a final touch I added a few gold sequins.
This card could be used for any other occasion by simply changing the sentiment.

So that's all from me today. Hope you liked and thanks a lot for stopping by!

  1. Oh Amanda this is simply gorgeous. This is not too "crafty" which I think is NOT appropriate for such an occasion. Just because we make cards doesn't have to mean that they all have to boast the latest trend, (maybe the latest products) but not in such a way that is too crafty. (Does that make sense?) This is elegant and thoughtful and very well done.
I hope you had a wonderful Christmas and have a prosperous New year!
