Heat embossing and Hot Foiling

Hello everyone! Making videos might have to wait a bit due to some health issues, but I still have cards that I want to show you, starting with the one I'm sharing today.

To make this card I heat embossed the beautiful flower bouquet from the set Sketched Flowers on Desert Storm Cardstock and then colored them with pencils. For the sentiment I used the hot foiling system by Spellbinders and one of their plates from the set Elegant Affirmation Sentiments. A few gold sequins as a final touch finished up my card!

I really wish I could capture how beautiful that sentiment looks like, I think I need to improve my photography skills :).
And that's all from me today! Have a wonderful week!

¡Feliz semana!

  2. Wow Amanda this is gorgeous. I can only imagine how it must look in real life as I know what you mean about trying to capture it in photos. (My daughter is a jewellery designer and even though she takes gorgeous pics, she has to hire professional photographer to tàke photos of her work. Gold & silver is hard to photograph.) I have the same problem with my pics of my cards... Thanks for sharing another stunning card.
