TOUCAN DO IT!
When first I saw the Encouraging Animals stamp set I instantly fell in love with the cute toucan and the hilarious sentiment! So I decided to use it for my card and paired it with the Stitched Alphabet and Kaleidoscope Background.
En cuanto vi el set de sellos "Encouraging Animals" me enamoré del tucán y el sentimiento, me pareció superdivertido. Así que decidí usarlo para mi tarjeta junto con el set "Stitched Alphabet" (¡que se puede usar en español porque tiene el rabito de la Ñ!) y el fondo Kaleidoscope.
I first stamped the word "friend" using my MISTI, masked all the letters and then stamped the background over it with a very light gray dye ink. I colored the toucan and the inside of the letters using Copic Markers and heat embossed the rest of the sentiment on a black piece of cardstock. Lo primero que he hecho ha sido estampar la palabra "friend" usando mi herramienta MISTI, he enmascarado todas las letras y después he estampado el sello para el fondo con una tinta gris clarita. He coloreado el tucán y el interior de las letras con rotuladores Copic y he embosado en blanco el resto del sentimiento sobre un trozo de cartulina negra. ReplyDeleteI love how a card looks using stamps as the background. Just put Encouraging Animals stamp on my wish list. My hubby calls our 6 year old granddaughter his "little tookie bird". I would use it in her photo scrapbook. All the animals are so cute in the stamp set. Love the stitched letters too! TFS😊
