Pencils on Watercolor Paintable Prints

Hi there everyone! Have you seen the beautiful Watercolor Paintable Prints that Suzy Plantamura designs for Simon Says Stamp? They are a great way to make one layer cards at record-breaking speed! There are other ways you can use these prints though and today I wanted to show you how.

I'm totally in love with all the stitched flowers that Simon carries and the new "Summer Flowers" are no exception. I colored them with Copic Markers and arranged them around a frame created with the new "Wonky Rectangles" dies. 

Estoy completamente enamorada de todas las flores "cosidas" que tiene Simon y las nuevas "Summer Flowers" no son una excepción. Las he coloreado con Copic Markers y después he usado un marco creado con los nuevos troqueles "Wonky Rectangles" para enmarcarlas.

Hello everyone! Sorry I haven't been around for the last week and a half, an unexpected family emergency took me away and I'm still trying to get back in my feet.
I took a bunch of flowers to color while I was travelling and decided to turn them into a card once I got back. I hope you like the result! :)

¡Hola a todos! Siento mucho no haber estado por aquí en la última semana y media, tuve que viajar por una emergencia familiar y todavía estoy intentando recuperarme y volver a mi rutina.
Me llevé unas cuantas flores para colorear mientras estaba de viaje y decidí convertirlas en una tarjeta cuando volví a casa. ¡Espero que os guste el resultado! :)

Easy Copic Colored Background

Happy Friday everyone! I'm back today with a very colorfull and way-too-bold-for-me kind of card :). Actually I like the final result! But this is clearly out of my comfort zone and I always find myself leaning toward softer colors.

¡Hola a todos! Bienvenidos al primer día del "Blog hop" de lanzamiento de la nueva colección de Pretty Pink Posh. Hoy tengo dos proyectos para enseñaros con los nuevos sellos y troqueles. ¿Vamos con ello?

My first project features the "Woodland Friends" and "Bee friends" stamp sets and their matching dies. I simply stamped everything with Memento Black ink and colored it with Copic Markers and pencils. Then I arranged all the images to create a scene and add some interest by cutting a small rectangular window on the card. 

En mi primer proyecto he usado los sets de sellos "Woodland Friends" y "Bee friends" con sus troqueles correspondientes. Simplemente he estampado todo con tinta Memento y lo he coloreado con rotuladores Copic. Después he colocado las imágenes creando una escena y le he dado más interés abriendo una ventana rectangular en la tarjeta.
