Hi there everyone! Today I want to show you a very simple card that've made with Pretty Pink Posh stamps and dies.
The idea was to make a gray scene with one colored element, so I started coloring the umbrella from "Rainy Days" with Copic Markers, added a thick layer of Glossy Accents and left it aside to dry. Meanwhile I used a cloud stencil to color a white panel with gray ink and die cut it with "Story Book 1", which I also die cut on a piece of gray cardstock.
I stamped and colored the penguin from the stamp set "Holiday pals" and gave some dimension to the card using foam tape behind each window. Lastly, I stamped a sentiment from "Rainy Days Additions" and added a few droplets.
And that's all from me today! Have a wonderful week!
Y eso es todo por hoy. ¡Feliz semana!

So lovely,I love the amazing result of the colored element on the gray scene.
ReplyDeleteSo cute Amanda. Love the glossy accents on the umbrella and that you used gray ink to create your sky. I'm working on a card right now for my sister who lost her dog. I got stuck with what to do for the background as blue just seemed to cheerful. Now I know! Thanks for sharing.
